Television shows being broadcast online are collected into a single interface with some extra features useful for browsing. Channels are listed into categories, languages and more, live broadcasts can be recorded for offline viewing and content can be streamed via LAN. This interface is the strongest element of the app, as the major issue with TV 3L PC quickly becomes apparent. The sheer number of channels on offer mean that a vast majority are completely irrelevant. While these tiny and obscure television shows may be initially culturally interesting, such as a local Serbian news show or public broadcast sports channel from Kenya, they rarely manage to hold interest. The lack of premium content, like subscription packages, result in a selection both incredibly numerous and incredibly mediocre.
